These documents are standard equestrian forms used for participation in Healing Hooves sessions, hosted at Morning Star Farm. Because our work takes place in an active barn environment & alongside living, responsive animals, the language used may feel different from what participants are used to in traditional wellness spaces. This difference reflects transparency, not expectation.

Signing these forms are not just a formality, it’s the first intentional choice within our human - horse journey. One that acknowledges presence, personal agency & shared responsibility within a living space. We ask participants to please print, complete & bring these forms day of our session.
